We can provide you with as little or as much support as you require. We can outsource and secure your ‘bought in’ services such as venue, audio visual, catering, printing etc.

We will provide your marketing, delegate and participant correspondence, all conference materials prior and on the day. Assist with management, registration and be main contact for all suppliers and participants on the day itself, taking away the pressures from you and allowing you to focus on the event.

We are an extension of your team wanting to ensure your return on investment is optimised to the maximum.

To ensure business continuity we would allocate two persons. Dependant on final numbers for larger events and their complexity we would allocate dependant on need, to ensure a successful outcome on the day itself.
This will depend on your requirements. We are a flexible service and can provide you with as much or as little as your require.

The fixed management fee will be worked out on the basis of how much time is required to deliver your event and all services will be detailed within the proposal. The fee quoted will only vary if the event changes from the initial proposal.

We would charge on at cost for all ‘bought in’ services (conference reimbursements) such as venue, audio visual, design and print, badges, speaker costs and travel etc.

All conference reimbursement charges would form part of the conference budget which is agreed at the time of the initial proposal, contract. We always endeavour to secure ‘savings’ for you our client and do not apply additional charges to third party invoices.
