Quality and commitment are at the heart of everything we do. Through professional and personal service, open communication and integrity, we seek to develop long-term, loyal relationships with you as our client.
Henri Forman Event Management (HFEM) is a professional conference and event management company based in Edinburgh, Scotland, with more than 20 years of conference and hospitality experience.
Your event is in expert as well as safe hands with HFEM. From a former head chef and hotel manager to high-profile conference planner, our team's own expertise and knowledge of these industries mean we know how venues operate and what is achievable. We are also keen negotiators, so we always get the best deal for you from our suppliers.
Quality, professionalism and excellent value are our constant conference cornerstones.
Henrietta founded HFEM in 2007 following ten years as organiser of complex, high-profile conferences with NHS Scotland. Most notably, she managed the Faculty of Public Health Conference for six years: a residential event for 300 attendees involving 148 speakers, 48 parallel sessions, 50 individual posters and an exhibition.
Her conference experience extends beyond Scotland: she ran the International Association of Forensic Psychotherapists event in Oxford for two years and also assisted pharmaceutical company Wyeth with an event in Brussels. Henrietta is used to working closely with high-profile speakers and delegates, from Ministers in the Scottish Parliament to clinicians, professors and other medical professionals.
We can all do our bit to reduce our environmental impact. That's why HFEM is committed to a green strategy.
All members of our team are aware of their responsibility towards sustainability and the environment, such as minimising waste and using resources efficiently. We also encourage our suppliers to implement good environmental practices.
For our events, we promote minimising printed delegate papers, re-using branded event materials, recycling paper and cartridges, and using local food supplies as much as we can. Where possible, we suggest delegates use public transport or share cars to and from an event to reduce their event's carbon footprint.
